Articles about the Cleveland chapter of SupportSight:

SupportSight of the MVRF Cleveland Visionaries

At the conclusion of the kick-off meeting of SupportSight of the MVRF on Saturday, December 1, 2001, Lea Bramnick, MVRF Executive Director, asked those who were interested in forming the Cleveland Chapter to meet her "under her red umbrella" in the lobby. A group of people found the red umbrella, shared their names and phone numbers, and Cleveland MVRF SupportSight was on its way. Follow-up calls were made and a meeting was planned.

On Saturday, March 2, 2002, Ms. Bramnick flew to Cleveland to meet, in Dr. Lawrence Singerman's office, with seven exceptional people, the Cleveland MVRF SupportSight Visionaries. This group is dedicated to connecting millions of people with macular degeneration to information, materials, and coping mechanisms that can help to create positive change in how they live their lives.

If you would like to be part of this group, please call Ms. Bramnick at the toll-free number 1-866-462-2852 (1-866-4macula).
